Some people in that world have special abilities, like all of us at the Armed Detective Agency. Demon Snow is Kyouka's, which I guess is an assassination ability. It moved faster than anything I've ever seen.
It was kind of like the game in the sense that we were given these roles with entirely different lives and memories. The difference is that we still remembered the UG and our normal lives, too. Like an overlay instead of a reset. I'm not a very good detective, though. It's probably a good thing that it wasn't real.
