He can't annoy me any more than he already does, so if I have to stand here and listen to his virtues, then he has to deal with knowing his praises are being sung.
[Kaveh doesn't even hate him or even think any of this is untrue, for the record]
Your suggestions to Rang's hypothetical design were quite good, Kaveh. [he saw them because everyone in the gy is reading each other's messages] When I begin structural reparations in my homeland, I will be hard-pressed to find architects of your caliber.
[It took him way too long to figure out that it was Rang tbh but he doesn't want to admit that so]
What kind of structural repairs? Maybe I can put together some first-draft blueprints for you to take back. [Agressively talks like everyone is making it home]
[unfortunately rang was generally the best at larping]
Mm... I have not seen all the damage personally, but... there are many places that must be repaired after being ravaged by war. [...] Much of the immediate ones would, however, likely be homes that were burned down.
In my opinion, you're the best architect in Sumeru. I want to visit each of the places you've designed and built in person... hehe, maybe I can hire you to make something for me if I don't want to be in the Sanctuary of Surasthana all the time when we get back? Would that be okay?
I think your Palace is impressive. Even from a layman's terms where I can't understand all the details and decisions you've made, I can tell it's a clever structural design and you put your whole self into it.
But I also think you can do more, or whatever you want to, if you just go for it.
[ (netzach) let's say nice things about kaveh everyone: leaping in immediately. ]
[ You also made it this far. You had a lot of people worried. ]
[ can't stop people being worried about you, kaveh :knife emoji: ]
Is this something to do with the Akademiya being weird about funding anything not pure science? I would've thought you'd be able to get project grants without too much issue with a resume including the Palace on it.

Anyway, I was too drunk to remember what my actual plans for that were.

Well, I had better be skilled after how many all-nighters I pulled at the Akademiya.

Alright. I don't have my notes with me right now, but I'll find you later and we can talk about it in more detail.

Hehe. The llama agrees, too.

Of course I would. We still have to discuss those ideas we had a few weeks ago, too. [Bringing IKEA to the Sumeru desert]

Well, thank you. I intend to, if I can. [Funding...]

If anyone else in the Akademiya has a problem with it, they can take it up with me.
