i did get an answer back after i said that i didn't know why someone sent mizuki to talk to me about zelda but

herard sounded kind of optimistic so thats good
he said we didnt have to do more but im pretty sure he meant that in more of a

um they all want us to use curses and team powers and items
gerard made friends and killed some more people but its fine

but i got messages from simon and nahida too

that's what we couldn't figure out. someone texted her and said she should talk to me about whether we figured out what happened to zelda but this was before we figured anything out about what probably happened

also, they said that both froggy and justice have to stay alive. and to keep using whatever curses we've got. i didn't get a curse this week, though.

my messages didn't say anything like that. but i did ask gerard if it was bad to team wipe and he basically said like, yes in the sense that it's sad to think about but no for any other reason. so the other messages we got saying to avoid team wipes were probably just about people being worried.

um other than that, nahida sent me a message that's probably pretty good.

It feels like I should be writing this like a letter, since these messages don't seem to be delivered as instantaneously as when we were alive. It feels weird, since it's still through our phones, but... I guess that's how things are here.

We'll see you again, for sure. I'm not hoping this; I know this. The overall situation isn't as bad as we thought it was. While the Game still has to be played, and it has to be played in a way that looks natural to those on the outside looking in, the chances of an outcome that we can all be happy with feel much more likely to me than they did before.
